Our products are selling well in Australian local market, in the meantime, it is quite popular in European untries, United States, and Asia. Our wines came to China since 2006, and there is great potential market. Currently we are recruiting the distributors in different areas.

VinLogic's objective is to have all of its distribution partners no matter how big or small follow the same process when selling and ordering stock.  This can quite easily be achieved through the use of the Internet and Web site with a "Distributor Login Page" which will transmit order details to a central warehouse for the pick and pack process.

VinLogic can achieve the necessary critical mass by establishing a representative local office in China and being prepared to hold a float stock and standardizing the ordering process through a Web Site linked to a central warehouse.

VinLogic's objective is to have hundreds of small to medium sized Distribution Agents and each that comes on board in effect becomes a franchise who is remunerated on eliminating a major fixed direct cost. The Distribution Agent pays no goodwill for his/her franchise but will be required to place a certain amount of order to qualify as a distributor with the means to support the VinLogic sales targets.  The distributor then has the opportunity to create their goodwill by growing sales within an allocated geographical zone.

The VinLogic business model and the use of the WEB Based E-Order System means that the appointed Agents never have to handle stock as VinLogic throughout the process will maintain control of its products in a foreign land until delivered to  and paid for by the sub distributor/agent.

The flow on effect from the minimization in handling, administration and complicated corporate structures is reflected in VinLogic’s competitive pricing.

The process is as shown on the following flow chart:
